A collaboration between The Arterial Group and San Francisco based performance artist Barry Schwartz at Brisbane Powerhouse Centre for Live Arts. Elektrosonic Interference combined large scale cinematic video projection, mechanical sound sculpture, high voltage electricity and live voices to produce a performance-installation, developed from stories of former powerhouse workers and the history of the site during its industrial era. The performance was produced by a core multidisciplinary creative team together with students and community participants. I was the Visual Director in The Arterial Group Creative Team in this wite-specific performance/electro-acoustic installation/interdisciplinary public art work.
